History
Renee Brisson founded Brisson & Sedgwick based on over 30 years of translation experience and her uncomprimising desire for linguistic excellence. Originaly from Kirkland Lake Ontario, Mme Brisson studied English at the Ottawa University and later moved to Aix-en-Provence to study translation. Returning to Ottawa, she became chief of staff and speech writer for the Honorable Robert Stanfield who would later help launch her career. Multiskilled translator and interpreter, Mme Brisson went on to specialize in marketing and pharmaceuticals, where she became recognized as one of the top translators in her field.
Brisson & Sedgwick is the continuation of her 30 years experience. Thanks to Sébastien Poitras ( Director of Translation) and his team of skilled translators, we strive to continue Mme Brisson’s reach for excellence.
